Lunatika takes great pride in offering products of the utmost quality and design. But if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order in its original packaging without being installed. A restocking fee of a minimum of 25% of the merchandise cost may apply. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. NOTE: The merchandise must be in the original packaging and NOT installed. After 30 days, we will issue a store credit only for the cost of the merchandise less a restocking fee, for items in original packaging only. Special order and Custom items: Please call us at 305-534-8585 about returning special order items. Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
